New feature: an easier way to post school newsletters
Keeping a school website up to date should not feel like hard work. We often encourage schools to post their termly newsletters as a simple way of keeping their website current, but some told us that adding them can sometimes feel like a chore that slips down the list!
That feedback led directly to a new feature we include with our school websites.
A quicker way to post newsletters
Schools can now publish their newsletter in just a couple of steps with our handy new wizard. Upload the newsletter, add a short introductory sentence if you wish, and publish. There is no extra formatting and no complicated setup.
It’s a straightforward way to keep the website feeling current and post school news online, without trying to duplicate day-to-day parent communications that are better handled through apps like ParentMail or Schoop.
Built from school feedback
This feature exists because schools asked for it. We are always listening to how our websites are used in real life, and we regularly make improvements to make updating them easier and more effective.
Feedback is always welcome, and many of the improvements we make start with a simple conversation. This newsletter feature is one example of how school feedback shapes the way we design and build our school websites.
